Trainmasters TV Site is DOWN, anybody else seeing this error message.
I hope the free access has not overwhelmed the SQL server
TrainMasters TV site is down ... UPDATE: Back up!
UPDATE: It should be back up for most of you now as the DNS re-propagates around the web again. If you still see the TMTV site as unreachable, give it a few hours and try again. Once your ISP gets the DNS entry updates, TMTV will be available again. It can take up to 24 hrs for the DNS updates to reach some parts of the World Wide Web.
THE TRAINMASTERS TV site is down, with no ETA yet for when service will be restored. Our TMTV servers are fine, it's our DNS (domain name service) provider.
TrainmasterTV bad internet certificate--will not connect
In both Internet Explorer on a PC and in Safari on a Mac I keep getting these notices about an invalid certificate for TrainmastersTV web site when I try to go there directly from a completely different website. I do not have this problem when going to TMTV from the goodies menu on the magazine webpage. The IE notice this morning said that the certificate indicated a different address or other problems. Latest attempt showed this message on a PC running Windows 7:
Log in issue (iPad)
I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not, but the last several times I've tried to log-in (from a video page--image below), the pop-up box doesn't progress beyond "loading".
I am able to go back and log-in from the home screen.
The device I'm using is an iPad Pro iOS 10.3.1 via Safari.
Interesting to note, I don't have this log-in issue when using an iPhone 7 (Safari browser as well).
Buffering Speed Unwatchable
I can watch free videos all over the net without issues. But when I come here for videos I paid for I can't watch them because the buffering speed is too slow. I think I want my $48 back.
No Video Control Bar anymore in TMTV
Suddenly I have no video control bar for the main player in TMTV videos. Until a couple of weeks ago, when I moved the mouse over the video, a control bar would appear at the bottom of the video. I could pause the video (which I usually did to allow the video to buffer), adjust the volume and, most importantly, make the video full screen.
Now I can't do any of that. All I can do is click on the video to toggle pause.
Did you guys change something that removed video player functionality? As far as I know, I didn't.
Cannot Login to TMTV
I am a charter subscriber to TMTV and have paid for the the next 12 months a couple of weeks or so ago. Unfortunately when I click to login to TMTV to view the ful video, the log in screen just hangs with, on my iMac running MacOS Sierra, just a spinning asterisk showing "loading". Nothing happens. Is this another server problem?

TMTV down again - more Bluehost fun - UPDATE: BACK UP
TrainMasters TV is down again, this time because the server ran out of disk space.
Been on hold for over an hour so far with Bluehost ... sheesh. No idea when it will be back up.
Bluehost totally sucks now, they used to be so good. Will be moving off Bluehost first thing next week.
What a total pain ...
TMTV - Default Player Chromecast Icon changed to Menu
Foe some reason this week, the Chromcast Icon
disappeared from the default TMTV video player and was replace with an "Cast" menu item under a vertical ellipses icon.
