Hey MRH/TMTV folks.

I'm reporting what I consider a defect in the login process on the Apple TV.

I attempted my first login using the Apple TV app a couple of nights ago, using the dictation function on the Apple TV remote. The result was my email address in all upper case. Typically email addresses aren't case sensitive, so I ignored that. I put my password in manually, using the correct casing. This resulted in a login failure.

I next logged on my computer to confirm I remembered my credentials correctly. That was successful.

It looks like with the new site, I've lost all control when playing via ChromeCast..   Previously I could skip through the video and I believe I was also able to mess around with the quality settings..  With the new site, I have no control anymore.  I'm not sure what the quality settings are, but it pauses for a few seconds every 15 seconds or so, so it's basically unwatchable via my ChromeCast...   I never had these problems on the old site...

Suggestions?

I am unable to select the subscription level for TMTV.  When I select the yearly subscription button all I get is a black screen. I have tried to subscribe using IE 11, Google Chrome, Edge and Android to no avail. I have completed registration on ROKU but that is as far as I can go.  Any help will be appreciated.

I see there is a “Download” button on the new Trainmasters TV videos. Does this allow us to down load the video to watch it at a later time, say on a long air flight? Is there a help page or an FAQ page where we can go to learn more about new features on the updated website?
