Casting no longer working
Has the ability to use chrome cast been removed? All I have listed as available is download. Casting to my TV is the greatest way to watch the TMTV shows.

Signed up/paid/confirmed - can't access

I just completed the screens to sign up for the Holiday Special (TMTV & RE for $59.98) and received a confirmation email with a link. I clicked on the link and got a screen to 'sign in'. I did, with the email address and password I set up when I completed the subscription screens.
When I click on 'Login', a progress bar appears, runs to the end and nothing happens. Same result if I just hit 'enter'. I can't access TMTV.

TMTV + Running Extra magazine 59.98 for 12 months
I am trying to subscribe to running extra and extend my TMTV. When I go to check out,
Will I be disqualified for the MRH+/TMTV combo deal if I extend my TMTV Subscription NOW since that deal expires in 16 Hours?
I'm excited about subscribing to MRH+ as well as continuing my TMTV Subscription. The stand alone TMTV deal that expires in 16 hours is a good deal by itself, so if I extend my TMTV subscription NOW, will that disqualify me from signing up for the combo deal when it's ready? (Unless it already is ready and I don't see it).
Where is the link on the Trainmasters TV Site...
...that allows me to select not only FROM a particular season, but to say start with the start of the 2018 season, and have it continuously play into the next episode. Basically I would like to binge watch, but it is a pain (i consider it annoying at least) to have to at the end of every month go back and then select the next month to play. Or will it automatically do this for me now as it wasn't a feature in the past.

TMTV login issue
I can not get the TMTV login screen to load on my new IPad Pro. The site loads fine. I can play the video previews fine. When I try to watch an entire video,the login screen will not load.

How do I buy a subscription?
I bought the 99 cent membership over the weekend. I would now like to buy a subscription to TMTV. I followed the instructions in the email I received last night. When I click the “membership” tab in My Account, all I see is my expired 1-day membership. No options for anything other than to renew that (which does not offer any new options -- just more 99 cent memberships).
I just tried a fresh login for TMTV and it gives me the same instructions (My Account -> Membership tab). No luck.
Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
