The explanation of Rule 17 is great. Basically put, for modeling purposes, bright when in operation. Dim (but on) when stopped short for another train, or dim on a trailing unit at the end of a train (replaces the need for an EOT). Dim when in yards or stations. As far as I can tell, off when the train is in a protected siding and unoccupied.

Why not just have a drop down menu for the star rating. It's much quicker. It can of course have a link for those who wish to post comments. I'd like to rate and then carry on reading your execellant magazine.

I think people are quick to complain and slow to praise, and that is because we live in a busy world, and I guess computer time is very difficult to control.

I get my best work done when the Internet or the computer are down, sadly.

I never miss a copy of your embedded pdf, and have downloaded a month twice on occassion, which only proves that I enjoy the read, and am going to enjoy a monthly version even more so :)

Thank you for putting in the time and money to provide us with such a nice product. Love your DvD's, and am just completing a rewire of my DCC layout useing 21 watt  bulb, circuit protection.

Next job is using servo motors for point control, as per one of your articles. I am doing a better job of weathering as well.
